TransferWise payment gateway, disabled for a moment

Dear customers,

We recently having small problem with our TransferWise account, which part of our main payment gateway at CigaretKretek.com. They need some verification document about us.
It was not a big trouble. We already provide all document they needed.

But, the process for verification takes up to 4 working days. So, we disable the Transferwise (Credit/Debit Card, ACH, Internet Banking) for the next few days, untill our account are restored.
All payment made from August 7, will be held until verification process done. And all order paid with TransferWise at Agustus 5 to 8, we will process it without any delay. All orders marking with processing, will be delivered as schedule.

We hope, they will finish the verivication in couple hours. And the most wise payment back to service.

Payment method available for this moment are :

• Western Union
• Direct Bank Transfer
